Offered to investigate interest in any kind of stronger backgrounds... these can be altered to different colors or shades... if there is interest to get away from the cleaner white backgrounds. Darker Color backgrounds are harder to deliver exactly as various monitors are set differently. Many sites will use a light color for the backgrounds to avoid conflict with the theme of the facility or topic being discussed. EV however does have a bit of a color theme going on in the building with the subtle earth tones in the building that  may play well to ecru or off white...

Mainly this is a nav bar layout demo

This layout also offers a more involved top menu band and a right hand nav menu that can hold a bit more information beyond a one or two word links like on the top horizontal menu. It does also demo a common bottom menu for simple returns to top level pages in the event the top menus scroll off on a longer page.

The logo and words over the top could be laid over a background picture instead of above it also.
